Click on any of the articles and you will find useful and helpful information, some with Video that will help guide you on your path towards fitness success. WORKOUTS
Included in the Member area never before has a system been created that allows you such ease and functionality made available that allows for down-loadable workouts to be effective. The Workout Category has a list of numerous workouts. Click on any Workout Title and view the entire program. Print or download the program to your i phone or ipod with my personal iPod Workout Application. If you dont know how to complete the exercise, just click on the exercise and a detailed description with Animated images and text description will populate so you can be sure to perfect each and every movement. You can log each workout on the workout and goal calendar. Just select the days you want to workout and your workouts are automatically uploaded.
NUTRITION/MEAL PLANNER
The Custom Meal Planner has 1,000's of meal plans that allow you to input your goals and quickly be given numerous meal plans based off of your own preference. You can select any meal plan and custom design it using the foods that you like. Every meal plan grades you based off of your selection so you know exactly how healthy your meal plan is. There has Never been a more functional and comprehensive system built that literally teaches you how to become your own nutritionist.
CALENDAR
Track each and every workout, meal plan, goal you desire. The Fuel of Life Trainer Calendar allows you to track and record every step you make towards your goal. If you get behind on making progress the system keeps track of sessions and goals that you don't. It will automatically mark complete or not complete so you can always be accountable.
